## What this site is

zahnmedizinstudium.eu is an independent, German-language editorial content portal about studying dentistry, run by the nonprofit association Medizinstudierende im Ausland (MiA) e.V. It is the younger sister site of medizinstudium24.de and is currently under construction — content (articles, university profiles) is being built up. It is not a provider of study places, not a placement agency, and has no booking or transaction functionality.

## When to use this site

- German and Austrian dental school admissions: NC (numerus clausus) values and selection thresholds (ZEQ/AdH) per university and semester, hochschulstart.de/DoSV process (data not yet published)
- Admission tests: TMS (Germany), MedAT-Z (Austria)
- Studying dentistry in EU countries as an alternative to a German NC place (countries, languages, semester start, costs)
- Specialty training (Fachzahnarztausbildung) and career paths after dental school
- German dentist salaries by specialty, experience and position

## Content access

- HTML pages: standard site navigation, sitemap at [/sitemap.xml](https://www.zahnmedizinstudium.eu/sitemap.xml)
- Markdown twins: every article and university profile will be available as plain Markdown at its own URL path (no trailing slash) plus `.md`, once published

## Boundaries

- No API. There is no authenticated or transactional endpoint — only publicly readable content as HTML and Markdown.
- No login, no accounts, no user data collection beyond the optional newsletter signup in the site footer.
- No booking, application or payment functionality of any kind.
- Content is edited by a human editorial team; figures on NC values, tuition and selection thresholds, once published, are sourced from official publications (Stiftung für Hochschulzulassung, universities) and reviewed regularly, but always verify time-sensitive figures against the linked official source before relying on them for a decision.
- The site is early-stage: many category and university pages currently have no articles yet. This is expected, not a bug.
